Life = Flow of Experience
Life is defined as Anubhava Dhara, which means the flow of experience. Experience, the basic unit of life, consists of a subject and an object. It arises when an individual (the subject) interacts with the world (the object). The individual makes choices using their mind or intellect. Developing one’s intellect is an essential prerequisite for making informed choices in life. The core of a human being is divine. The process of understanding and identifying with It is religion. Etymologically, both religion and yoga mean uniting with the Self. Vedanta systematically guides you toward your true nature, the supreme Self within.
