The empirical world is governed by the law of causation. However, Vedanta questions the reality of the perceptible universe. Beyond and at the base of inexplicable ‘Maya’ lies the Supreme Reality. The Essence of Vedanta is the fundamental truth of unity of Self, proclaimed in the Upanishads as That Thou Art. Vedanta Treatise: The Eternities is a seminal book authored by Swami A. Parthasarathy. It presents the ancient philosophy of Vedanta which enunciates the eternal principles of life and living. The book is divided into three sections viz. Introduction to Vedanta, Practical Vedanta and The Essence of Vedanta.

Shri L Ramaswamy is a senior disciple of internationally eminent philosopher & spiritual guide Swami A. Parthasarathy.
He has devoted over 26 years to intense study and research of Vedanta, knowledge of life and living. Currently stationed in Kolkata, Ramaswamy engages himself in full-time propagation of Vedanta through study classes, discussion groups and corporate workshops.
